They do a great job are very responsive and are very caring there!
Always had great over the phone conversations, but that's about it. I've been calling and getting told "someone will call you back next week" for about 6 weeks now. Edit: finally got in a few weeks ago. We're about to begin our speech therapy and I'm so excited for the progress to begin.
