For the first year of car insurance they gave me pretty good price, but when it came to 2nd year price got too hight and Alla promised to make a search and switch me to a different one. One week passed, another, I tried to call and every time she was busy or out of town. I have no idea what was the issue but the service was sooo unprofessional and at the end like in a month when I got pissed off she said: just find another co, we are no longer willing to serve you.
