Edit: Since Hala no longer works here, I can't really recommend this place. They refused to go back and forth with insurance and said my non verbal son doesn't need more care than 35 hours. They seem unwilling to work out an issue with my son not napping and they don't want to provide care. They seem way less involved in providing care that's appropriate for him. Can't say enough good things about this place. My son is treated really well and has definitely made improvements because of this place. Hala has been fantastic to work with. While there is always learning curves, I would say that if you are on the fence, grab a consult and see for yourself. Communication is great and I love the updates I get from them throughout the day.
