What a disgrace! To go seeking help and guidance regarding ABA services, only to have to deal with such an unprofessional person. Her appearance is truly deplorable, and—to top it all off—she (Jessica) speaks to people however she pleases. It is a real shame for this facility; they ought to have someone in charge who genuinely wants to help children, rather than a person like this. I would not recommend this place to anyone, under any circumstances. She is vulgar and disrespectful.
The phone was answered yes and then I went to speak and got hung up on not really sure what kind of therapy does that.
They are an amazing facility that has helped my son so much. I recommend this place to any family that's needs some help with their little one. They worked with our schedule from the beginning and the connections my son has made are astronomical. They have really become part of our family!
