Steer clear of this company. They do not communicate clearly or effectively. They add time to your appointment when confirming in clinic hours. They constantly change your child's care team with no notice whatsoever. Turnover is horrible-it's a revolving door. They overprescribe for their patients and set an unrealistic number of goals-and get you to agree to all of it because they just assure you that they can provide services in clinic, at home and at school-so it should be easy. I have nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone at ABA Centers from your intake, office staff and all therapists on staff. I was a little skeptical at first to have services for my 18-year-old son and I have to say I have seen so many positive changes in my son. They definitely feel like part of my family. We are grateful for the services and would highly recommend them to all who need the help.
