My first visit was great however they have turned out to be such a disappointment. After not needing to do an evaluation with them because my daughter's eval report was acceptable their communication with next steps went down. They sent the authorization to the insurance and evern the insurance called me to tell me they have been calling them for a week to change the provider because the one they out was out of network but they had doctors there that were within network.
