Seeing that they were open till 5pm I called at 3:53pm and had a nice brief conversation with the lady who picked up the phone stating that they would be able to assist me with my registration. I told her I would be there shortly and arrived at 4:15pm only to see the office closed and locked up. At a time when gas prices have skyrocketed she could have easily saved me the time and trouble by letting me know they would be closing early today. Mr. Rafael Nadal and his team flipped a swift motion into getting me my registration and smoothly got me my plates within lightspeed! Great guy, has an empathetic attitude and a duty to serve the people who walk through his door. I’ll be coming back when I need help again!
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and informative with my complicated registration process but he got the job done and I walked out with my plates the same day with registration and all and the lady that works at the other desk was very helpful too
