So I am updating this post because they did call me back and explain that it was the system and not them.. I explained to them the situation and apologized because as a single mother to a newly diagnosed toddler it has been a lot and I assumed they hung up on me . The lady who called back was very understanding of my plight and although they don’t accept my child’s insurance she did go above and beyond by giving me information for centers that may be able to help.. I can’t thank this place enough for their care, compassion and treatment they have provided my son. It felt like family. He had specialists in school and in the clinic and you can tell they truly cared for the kids. The sessions were based on my son’s goals and updated us on his care after every session. We were able to share practices we use at home and vise vera, what strategies are working in the clinic and school. This helped us take his teachings and apply everywhere.
