Completed work efficiently reminder and let me know exactly when work was to be done all workers introduced themselves were all very friendly and obviously knew exactly what they were doing despite workers turning up at varying times They worked as a team which was really great to see They were also all very friendly and all talked to me about what they were doing and how the job was going! Avoid at all costs I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this mob. I was quoted for replacing five parts in my aircon which they are now denying as they only replaced three. The pads the dump valve and the water sensor. They also supposedly did a full service. Two guys attended one obviously an apprentice and were in attendance for 1 hour 50 minutes in total . Outstanding installation experience. Got a new AirTouch 5 installed by Ryan and Bronson. They did an exceptional job. Incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. The installation was efficient and smooth. What really stood out to me was the care they took, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards too, a rare find these days. My home was treated with respect and care. Highly recommend!
Great experience from the start of the process all the way to the end! Shaun was great at explaining what could and couldn't be done with replacing our dead ducted system, giving an accurate quote, and getting everything organised. Nikki from customer service kept us up to date and was very quick to respond (including on a public holiday, which I wasn't expecting at all). The first response was a little slow, but once we had the first communication everything progressed smoothly. A technician was booked for only 2 days later (amazing), there was constant text messages on the status of the tech, and he arrived on schedule. Quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a quote and the replacement part has been ordered.
