I have complained about poor workmanship and they respond via email only and do not return calls - left packaging in my ceiling from the duct work which rendered my a/c system useless through summary! Then they hand me a book when it is not working and tell me to call Daikin. Terrible service and charged me for a split system replacement which I now doubt was even required - hopefully this message will get some form or response from management?!

Loui was excellent he explained in detail what was required to fix our plumbing issues. My past experience with ada was also excellent, I thoroughly recommend them.
Great experience from start to finish. Brian was very quick to respond to booking and any queries, which made everything easy to organise. Louise came out on the first day, and Luke returned the next day and handled everything regarding the AC servicing—Luke being both an AC technician and electrician made the whole process really straightforward.
