Jose from AB Ventura worked in my condo to repair damages caused by a leaking dishwasher in unit above me. He did a great job. The ceiling had to be opened up, dried out, insulation replaced, kitchen light fixture replaced , ceiling closed up again and repainted to match existing popcorn ceiling. He did all of it perfectly, knowledgeably and very neatly. He came quickly when it happened and was punctual every day he came. We had to get our carpet replaced and a mold remediation due to an HVAC leak. Jose did a wonderful job in walking us through the process, giving estimates about pricing, and was very transparent with us throughout all the work that needed to be done. The mold remediation took two days, along with some other fixes such as repairing drywall and replacing a bathroom exhaust fan. The carpet replacement took one day (about 4-5 hours) for the living room and hallway.
