AB Ventura applied a coat to my brick chimney, I can confidently say it is doing its job. Water beads up perfectly on the surface instead of absorbing into the masonry. I highly recommend for keeping your chimney protected from moisture damage.

Jose from AB Ventura worked in my condo to repair damages caused by a leaking dishwasher in unit above me. He did a great job. The ceiling had to be opened up, dried out, insulation replaced, kitchen light fixture replaced , ceiling closed up again and repainted to match existing popcorn ceiling.
