Really bad customer service don't waste your time contacting them!!! I wouldn't even give them a star but you have to just to post a nagitive post!!
Wasted a weekend and 500 miles. Went to purchase a truck which I had been speaking with the salesman about just to find out they have it in the shop with mechanical problems and it had been there for 3 days. I even messaged the night before and not a word about it, they just confirmed they were ready. Their "shop" kept giving false hope saying they were almost finished. I'm adding to Kylees review. My daughter attempted to purchase a black 2013 Dodge RAM Diesel. Nice looking truck. With all the issues that kept happening, they could have been a little different approaching the situation. They didn't even offer to fix anything else. They said give me the keys and leave. Even after she filled up the truck with Diesel. Over $100 out of her pocket. Very unprofessional customer service. If you decide to do business there, be careful. I would give no stars, but it wouldn't let me.

Do not buy trucks from this dealership!! First red flag, I asked about the CarFax and their response was "We don't do that here." They sell lemons, and lie about issues with the truck. I literally purchased the truck (loan was closed), went to pick it up and the tire and engine light was on after I had previously test driven it. I was told it was the fuel filter. They were working on replacing "the filter" and come to find out the next day when I went back they said they replaced the turbo actuator. So thought we got the pro... read more
