Excellent customer service and workmanship from Andrea and his team when we had 2 air con units installed in our lounge room and bedroom. From the moment I called for a quote (end of January) Andrea was out in a couple of days with the 2 air con units installed within a week which was an incredible turn around for that time of year. The 2 guys that came out on the Friday for the installation even stayed until job was complete late afternoon as they had to pause a couple of times due to weather.
