I wish I could give him 10 stars. Called late in the day on a Saturday And he was able to diagnose it over the phone, but came by and fixed My mower for me. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend.
A lot of small engine repair places have closed over the last few years and I needed a place to have my Stihl backpack blower tuned up. I saw only 5 star reviews and thought that was a little suspicious. Nope. It’s legit. Andrew is fantastic: Professional, efficient, great communication, seamless.
I called AB Small Engine Repair to service my lawnmower. The wait for repair was too long for my needs, I don’t blame AB, good service creates demand. AB talked me through some possible repairs I could do myself. It didn’t work out but I appreciate trying to help a customer over the phone to do their own repair. I can see why this business is all 5 stars. Good customer service, even non customers. Thank you for trying to help. I know who to call for my small engine repairs now.
My wife found A&B on line and I needed my weed whacker running . I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on it so I decided to try A&B small engine repair. I am glad I did. He got my weed whacker running like it was brand new at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back for all my small engine Repair needs.. I would recommend them . Thank you!
