This place is horrible. The dentist barely looks at your teeth and his bedside manner is the worst I've ever experienced.
ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! I was advised I needed a panoramic xray that I just had 3 days ago and was told they need to do their own and wanted to charge me $175. Why should I subject myself to more radiation when the xrays were just completed? I asked to speak with a manager or see a Dentist and was denied. I then called asking for a call back and no one did. I'm in extreme pain and there was ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for my well being or empathy that I was having a high level of pain. The receptionist was extremely rude and hung up... read more
One of the worst dental offices in Westchester. Impossible to reach. And no one ever knows anything when I go to ask questions or have concerns. Truly hate this place.
Wow. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place, when I first came here for dental work, seemed promising but after I while I've been disappointed with this place. Always some issue. No one knows anything about anything in this place. No one ever answering the phone. Absolute terrible appt days, like they are only available 2 days out of the week ? And the wait time ?
