I was recommended from my insurance for an Endodontist, 1) I was standing their 20 minutes no one was in the receptionist 2)later a women comes she doesn’t even say hi anything only stares with a really bad attitude face, I had to say hi first then she proceeded very rudely saying “hi” 3) I asked if theirs any endodontist the only thing she said “have to call the number in the white card” and that’s all, could’ve showed me or something my first time every going their and very to last time. Been calling for two weeks about paperwork, not being submitted to the insurance company and every time I talk to them they tell me they’re going to call me back and they don’t horrible business practice
This is a horrible dentist office they do r get back to you you can never get in touch with any one I’m in a lot of pain and they don’t care and have lost at On my way! Teeth and I called them they never got back to me I went to the office and I hit there at 2 pm and I was not seen u til 4 pm and then there were people who got there after me and they were seen first
