This office engages in predatory practices. They insisted on upfront payment, even though I was in network. I have proof from h the insurance company with the claim number and check number that this practice cashed the check, and they kept my money. They are scammers and liars. I had a great experience with Dr. Alexander at A&B Dental in Scarsdale. He did two dental implants for me and did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly, and I’m really happy with the results. The staff is amazing. The front desk is welcoming and professional, and the women working there are great—friendly, helpful, and they really make you feel comfortable. Worst dentist I've ever been to. I wanted to remove a tooth the want me to pay 278 for something extra that's not required. Horrible experience Horrible place
Avoid this office at all cost! No regard for patient pain or condition and total lack of professionalism or urgency. They should consider working on fences or sidewalks
I visited to get cleaning, whitening, and implants done, and I truly appreciated how patient and professional Dr. Alexander and his team were with me. My fears were alleviated, and I actually looked forward to my appointments. The implant process went smoothly, and they made sure I experienced little to no swelling, with medication provided ahead of time. They also took great care to prevent any infections.
