Wings were really bland. Would have liked to taste more flavors though out the meat. I recommend marinating chicken for at least 4 hours before the smoking process. Baked beens were really good.
On Sunday I got platter for two and I added extra order for one beef rib and chicken drums. I was excited to try the brisket, it was really a disappointment. The portion is good, but it lacked tenderness. The chicken wing had more flavor than the chicken drums. The beef ribs were good. Mac and cheese were delicious. Definitely, not worth the drive from canton. But, if I was in the area then maybe I’ll stop by.
Very average, the ribs seemed reheated from yesterday
Food is fantastic! Price is too high $26 for a plate should be $15.
