I have called and left voicemails, scheduled an appointment online, never received any confirmation of an appointment, attempted to call to confirm the day of with no answer or call back ever. If you’re looking for more reliable care I’d recommend trying another place.
I was very satisfied with Dr. Boren when I was in the inpatient program at Lewis Gale Pavillion. I felt like he really cared about me. He was professional and had a good sense of humor too. He helped get me back on the right track in my life. I'm very thankful for his care.
