I honestly can’t say enough good things about Precision Flow Plumbing! My water heater stopped working and I was already stressing about how much this was going to cost. Luckily, they found out it was still under warranty and helped me deal with the warranty company, which was such a huge relief! They took care of everything, got my water heater replaced, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. I was expecting a huge headache and a huge bill, so finding out it was covered was such a blessing. 😭 Thank yo... read more

The team was responsive and arrived quickly. We had an issue that other plumbers had no clue how to fix and had passed on and the technicians were able to resolve the issue within an hour! They were in general friendly and professional as well. They also saved us a ton of money not having to replace our very specific pump type.

These guys are great, they replaced a water heater about a year ago. Gave me an estimate based on a photo I sent them and stuck to it. 2 flights up and a tight space...they were very efficient. I called them back last week because of a slow draining tub. They came that same day and fixed it within an hour. They are clean and courteous.
