Professionalism is a joke and they over charge... Make mistakes then blame it on the customer... Wouldn't recommend using this company almost had my wife in tears, from a phone conversation. I payed $350 for the first time Alex came out and that was just to tell me what was needed for repair "$150 for service call and $200 an hr. After telling the things I needed he charge me another $150 service then $400 for two hours of additional work, which in reality was 90 mins. He didn't do half the work he promised. We were having trouble with our slide and after having no luck with the warranty company and trying to get an appointment at the dealership, I was lucky enough to get the number of Alex at AB mobile solutions. He returned my call and came to troubleshoot our problem. Alex was a top-notch tech and was able to get the slide out. He is working with the warranty company to get approval to make the necessary repairs on site. His equipment and knowledge was amazing.
