Set an appointment for after 4 pm.. Received 1st call at 10:15 am they were ready to come, said was not scheduled til after 4 pm. Goyt call at 12:30 they were ready to come said not scheduled till 4. Got call at 2 pm they were ready to come, restated not scheduled till after 4pm, Got 4th call at 2:30 they were ready to come for repairs again said was not scheduled till after 4 pm due to i was still at work. Had AB May come out to clear a clog. We ended up with sewage in our basement. The refused responsibility for the problem and referred my wife to a cleaning company. $2000 later I called to file a claim with their insurance. Got a call back from a rude supervisor who insisted it was all our fault for having a clogged drain. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
