I went in to get my TSA pass and the receptionist was Very Rude!!..she’s a caucasian lady w/grey hair & glasses. I was there last week and she was also very rude, and told me I didn’t have the proper paperwork. This lady needs to be Re-trained on how to talk to clients/customers. Btw the other lady who did my TSA paperwork was very nice and professional.
Service was amazing and they helped me out when there was a mix up with payment! Amazing service Brittney made sure I got everything I needed and was super helpful!
Was inside the building no more than 3 minutes for fingerprinting. Fast and friendly staff.

After the company at the 8300 Broadway location never showed up, I came here for TSA PreCheck. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend this location.
