Service was amazing and they helped me out when there was a mix up with payment! Amazing service Brittney made sure I got everything I needed and was super helpful!

After the company at the 8300 Broadway location never showed up, I came here for TSA PreCheck. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend this location.
The building is just as ragged as the staff's attitudes. My company sent me there for a physical, and I would not recommend it. I also told my company not to send anyone there. Britany, the NP, was helping the lady who typically sits at the front desk and was very nasty. Maybe she was upset about the phone call with the VA not being what she thought it was, or maybe because her husband runs the building, so she feels as if she can treat people however she wants.
