I’m sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision. I was hired by this agency and completed all requirements. I was told my work ID and certification would be mailed to me and that once received, I would be able to take on clients. While my certification arrived promptly, my work ID did not. Every care giver from this agency has been very rude and even cold towards my mother. I don’t understand if they are so unhappy in their jobs, why they are hired or allowed to continue to spread unhappiness to their clients. I had so many calls and good communication with the agency for the first few weeks. Now I can’t even get a call back. I tried to talk to the aid on duty today and she hung up on me. I installed cameras recently and I am appalled at the care givers treatment of my mother. So sad!
