Keith and Harold were very prompt in their response time. Went above and beyond to make sure we had heat. Great customer service!
Great Service! Thank you to A&B for taking care of my mom. I live out of town and mom had a plumbing problem. They came out quickly, quoted options to repair the problem, very fair price. My mom loved the technician (sorry I don’t know his name). Worked to repair problem and even called back to check on her. Thank you! The contact I worked with to set everything up was Dallas! It is so nice and refreshing to meet IVAN VELEZ!! He came over to my house to check my heating system after another company came by and said that my gas valve was out and it would cost $1300 and that my heating system in my downstairs was no longer working. Ivan came over and checked it and said it was just fine and just charged me a service fee and went on his way- So Knowledgeable, kind friendly, and will be the first person. I call when it’s time to replace my heating and air conditioning system!
