Very dissatisfied customer. I would give zero stars if I could. This was by far the worst experience I have had dealing with a contractor. I am not happy with the service provided or the quality of work. I have added pictures of the work performed and one of AB Drain and Construction LLC parking on our grass after a heavy rain. I wish I would have used any company but AB Drain and Construction LLC. Also note, I received a credit on my final bill to leave this review.
STAY AWAY! PLEASE!!! DONT IGNORE ALL THE RED FLAGS BEFORE THE JOB EVEN GETS STARTED LIKE WE DID! DONT BELIEVE ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS, HE PAYS YOU/DISCOUNTS YOUR JOB TO GIVE THEM!! THIS WILL BE ONE OF MANY REVIEWS WE WILL POST TO HELP ANYONE NOT GET SCREWED OVER LIKE WE DID!
I can’t begin to explain the feeling of relief Jason and his team gave me by finally providing me with the solution I needed to solve a flooding issue I’d been experiencing at my home for years.
