A nice young lady returned my call regarding the ATM Surcharge Settlement this morning. I'm very disturbed to find out the notification from both the previous and current Settlement were mailed to an address that I haven't resided at for 10 years. Apparently, whoever is residing there filed multiple claims in the first and second settlements using my information. Horrible company. Missed the court deadline. Then didn’t send it out the next date that they promised. Still waiting for them to send the disbursement checks. They don’t respond to calls or email in a timely manner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY.
HORRIBLE COMPANY, INCOMPETENT OF DOING THEIR JOB, LIARS, AND SCAMMERS. This company is refusing to send out the proper tax documents for the settlement. They also delayed our settlement by almost a year due to them being unable to handle “such a large volume” But yeah, advertise on their website how they can handle hundreds of thousands of people. Definitely a scam. They have given me numerous excuses as to why the link they provided in the Google Settlement is broken. In fact, the CS agent sent me an email that said, "Google doesn't like when the word 'google' is used in a URL and we have to fill out security exception forms to many servers." And yet, the link they are sending out includes the word "google" in it. When I called her on it, she said, "Google forgot to tell the court." LOL! Beware of this company because they don't know what they're doing.
