Gerber Collision has the best customer service team from Benjamin, his manager and I believe her name is Antionetta who works the front desk. Their integrity on the work their crew does is awesome and so much appreciated. A very pleased customer!
Gerber Collision & Glass on Wornall Rd in Kansas City Missouri appointment 8am to replace a mirror. Time complete 8:35 am I’ve used Gerber Collision and Glass at this location before. This time was just as professional as the last time. Staff was cheerful and professional. Work was first class. The building is an older building , I don’t recall who was there before Gerber. Great communication from Ray and everyone at the shop. Progressive did their best to make it an absolute nightmare but I knew Gerber was working hard to hold up their end of the deal. Sending anybody I can to Ray and the team at Gerber.
