Gerber Collision turned my car into a bigger wreck than when I dropped it off. They took my car, dismantled it, then doubled the repair estimate after holding it hostage for two weeks. To top it off, the car was then declared a total loss! From an easy to repair fender bender! Terrible communication skills. Car was suppose to be done Monday. No call , call Wednesday and not my car just getting worked on…. Other locations are better this 1 is unprofessional.
