This was hands down the most enjoyable experience! Katie, our consultant in Cary, NC could not have been more wonderful. She was enthusiastic, friendly and encouraging! Loved her approach- my daughter and I were escorted through the dresses to pick any other styles she liked. They called the day before for more details. My experience choosing my dress initially was great and Lexi was very helpful, friendly, and excited. I also really liked the choices they had in store. When I ordered the dress they told me to expect delivery in mid-July. That date came and went with no communication from them - I had to call and ask about the dress. I called multiple times to seek updates about the delivery date. In the end, the dress was six weeks late and now I have to pay a rush fee with the alterations shop.
