I would strongly caution anyone considering this medical practice as an employer. They scheduled me for an interview not once, but twice—first in January 2025 and again today—and stood me up both times. New Update 08/12/25 Billing is a nightmare. I got billed for some pretty standard preventative tests that I’ve had before, and keep getting the runaround on why I’m being charged. It’s been a month with no luck. I’ve spent more time than it’s worth trying to fight these bills. While the staff is still very friendly, aayu doctors (both LP and WP) have used codes that aren’t being accepted by insurance - I’ve never had this problem in the past with the same tests. If I could give zero stars, I would. BC/BS sent me here to get my yearly mammo referral. I thought I would leave with it so I could immediately schedule my mammogram. Nope, no doctor was even in the office. After seeing a PA (who said she was not qualified to do a manual breast exam) I was told it would be 5 days to get the referral. I went home and found a lump that night. I went back a couple days later to get an order for a Diagnostic Mammogram. Once again, no Dr. on site. I was charged $323.61 for them to transfer an existing prescription from Walgreens to CVS. It only took 2-3 weeks of back and forth calls with the office to actually get that very simple task accomplished. Then came the unexpected bill in the mail. What a joke. I will say that the actual practitioners I have seen at the clinic were all top tier. Very sad that their billing and other business practices do not reflect the same standards. After this experience, I am highly unlikely to return.
