Burns Rent-Alls Tool Rental was amazing to work with this weekend! They had all the equipment we needed to handle the Big Spring jobs in the yard ourselves. With a Boom Lift, Chain Saw, Tree Saw and Pressure Washer we safely did the work and saved thousands of dollars hiring it done and it looks great! They explained how the equipment worked in detail and provided superior service. We can’t wait to start our next project knowing we can rent such great equipment. Thank you Burns Rent-All!
my mom made a reservation for a rototiller they told her to come in before 11 on Saturday to pick it up we get there at 9:45 a.m. and they tell us that we don't have reservation because we didn't pick it up by 8 a.m. we've never used this business before so we park in the parking lot the man was extremely rude and told us that we had to park in the alley. Apparently we were supposed to know that.... they were very rude and he made it to where we would never use them again
These guys went above and beyond to help me out of a messy situation. I will definitely return to rent from them again should the need arise.
