Tried to check in with Aavago, was told to wait 15 minutes and waited an hour. Gave her my booking confirmation and forwarded an email, just for the screen to say she's assisting other people. NOTHING should take this long, Jesus Christ this was an AWFUL experience. Never going anywhere near it again
Olive is not a very hospitable representative of the Magnuson Hotel in Ironwood, MI. She would not split the hotel room so I could pay for one of the rooms with my credit card. The person last Saturday was very helpful. Olive also was not helpful to someone else checking in in the evening 7 pm. She was still on the kiosk but they walked out and they got in their car and left.
