Jimmy did an amazing job of going above and beyond to get our AC back when it went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. My compressor in my condenser unit broke and originally I thought it would be covered under warranty. Jimmy called and visited the manufacturer to try to fix the problem but we found out that the warranty was voided. I've been a Houston realtor for 25 years. I initially met Jimmy through a client who had used him for years -- she was a very picky person, so I knew that if she trusted him, he was definitely great.
