Doctor was kind and polite on first visit. Unfortunately, my condition was not explained well and I developed questions. I was told my questions could be addressed at my next visit, which is 4 months away. I requested a sooner appointment to discuss my concerns and was told it could wait. I feel dismissed and disappointed that I cannot get straight answers about my condition.i am switching providers.
My experience has not been one of compassion or caring by this office. I was seen in Acute Care on June 26th (the attending Dr. attempted to consult with Dr. Rehman that day based on my CT results). A referral was made, an appointment established for July 29th. At 9:01am on the 28th of July Dr. Rehman was looking forward to seeing me. At 10:08 am I received a call from Ben (a nurse with Rheumatology) stating the Dr. had reviewed by CT scans and that they are COMPLEX and I should be seen at OSU. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous staff, and clean facility.
Dr Rehman has been a huge part in my recovery and stability in the last 5 or 6 years in regards to my Psoriatic Arthritis. PA hit me hard in my early 20's and Dr rehman has me feeling better than ever. Can't recommend his expertise enough
When I went to him for autoimmune concerns he immediately addressed the first few things and was done. Didn't give me a chance to discuss all my concerns. When I sent the remained of my concerns I was told that my lab work (which for lupus and Ms) came back normal and that it would be best if I go somewhere else that could address my concerns.
