Showed up the first time and met with my mother (wife and I were at work) to install a dishwasher for us. They were only here a few minutes then explained to my mother that the drain needed updated. No big deal it’s a new house to us so we knocked that out. They came out the second time and immediately said the water lines now not correct and insisted that that was the problem the first time. I had fridge that was not cooling. James came over and quickly was able to determine the problem. He explained and showed me what he was going to do to fix the problem. Very thorough and professional. 5/5 would highly recommend
