Aarvaks recently had a heat pump system installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Jason the new owner of Aarvaks gave me an amazing estimate I could work with and explained to me how much money I’ll be saving from converting from gas to a full electric system. Sergio was very knowledgable & polite. He was able to clearly explain the status of our current system & help us understand what we needed to do next. We have contracted with Aarvaks to have a new system installed. We've paid a $1000 down payment to start the process.
Jason (the owner ) was extremely knowledgable and took the time to answer all of or questions about switching to a heat pump. His workers were professional and personable. We have had an excellent experience with Aarvaks.

Great service! Annual maintenance was done by Sergio, very fast & informative, honest, didn’t sell us something that turned out we didn’t need right now. clearly presented options for future. Dropped by next day to help troubleshoot loose battery unit in thermostat. Attitude and professionalism inclines me to buy a system from them in the future. Phone person Patty was great too.
