Aarvaks is a go-to resource for our entire family. Unless it's steaming hot outside, we get a warm feeling from calling them, and if it's sweltering, they're cool. What more can I say?

The consultation on HVAC installation was good. The representative answered all of our questions and we learned a lot. However, in comparison with other companies, Aarvaks failed to provide an itemized estimate claiming that they "have to follow (CA) State guidelines/rules". Not sure which guidelines/rules prevent a privately owned company from providing a detailed quote. I suspect there simply no such guidelines or rules. We had an issue with extreme excess condensation in our A/C unit. The technician arrived today and spent well over 4 hours resolving the issue and performing maintenance, he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. When the time arrived for the invoice this too was pleasant, a most fair price. This is a wonderful locally owned company, glad we called them.

These guys are an absolute joy to work with and I wouldn’t use anyone else. They are communicative, accommodating, knowledgable, and professional. I have hired them for at least the last 15 years.
