Sergio was very knowledgable & polite. He was able to clearly explain the status of our current system & help us understand what we needed to do next. We have contracted with Aarvaks to have a new system installed. We've paid a $1000 down payment to start the process.
Jason (the owner) and his team did a fantastic job install my new heat pump system. He suggested a zoning system for every efficiency so there is a separate thermostat on each level. The team did a great job with the installation so I'm very pleased. I felt the price was reasonable for this type of heating/cooling system. It's more expensive than a conventional gas furnace but it's better for the environment and more energy efficient.
Wonderful estimate visit, three alternative plans, expert heat pump installation service, completed early, and great office contact/billing experience. House is super comfy & quiet now!
Great service! Annual maintenance was done by Sergio, very fast & informative, honest, didn’t sell us something that turned out we didn’t need right now. clearly presented options for future. Dropped by next day to help troubleshoot loose battery unit in thermostat. Attitude and professionalism inclines me to buy a system from them in the future. Phone person Patty was great too.
Aarvaks recently installed a Carrier heat pump unit and air handler and by far this has been one of the most professional and best experiences I’ve received from a top HVAC company. From the office to the install team everything was on point and I couldn’t have been any more impressed. Thanks to Jason the CEO and his Aarvaks team my home is so much more comfortable with my new heat pump system and I highly recommend Aarvaks for any HVAC needs.
