Sergio was very knowledgable & polite. He was able to clearly explain the status of our current system & help us understand what we needed to do next. We have contracted with Aarvaks to have a new system installed. We've paid a $1000 down payment to start the process.
Jason (the owner) and his team did a fantastic job install my new heat pump system. He suggested a zoning system for every efficiency so there is a separate thermostat on each level. The team did a great job with the installation so I'm very pleased. I felt the price was reasonable for this type of heating/cooling system. It's more expensive than a conventional gas furnace but it's better for the environment and more energy efficient.
Jason (the owner ) was extremely knowledgable and took the time to answer all of or questions about switching to a heat pump. His workers were professional and personable. We have had an excellent experience with Aarvaks.
Wonderful estimate visit, three alternative plans, expert heat pump installation service, completed early, and great office contact/billing experience. House is super comfy & quiet now!
Sergio, who's been with the company for 10+ years, was excellent. I learned so much about our system during his inspection that I will always call Aarvak for not only future maintenance, but also when its time to replace our system with a heat pump. He showed me how our system was performing, and where it was failing, and what to expect in the next 2-5 years. O top of it all, he is extremely professional while also being patient, and kind.
