On time appointment and all my questions were well answered and Dr.Pais explained to me the test results and medication.

I am a new patient and couldn't be more happier. I got a quick appointment for my annual physical and glad to see Dr. Aarti Pais plans all the tests ahead of time and thoroughly discusses every aspect of the test results. One stand out suggestion for me was the motivation Dr. Pais gives me to actively use the Health app to shoot her questions about the health and medication which I think above and beyond. She double charged me for one visit. Apparently insurance money is that important to her. She refused to refund my copay so she’s lost a patient. (I was a patient for 3 years).
My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Pais. She has been the most proactive doctor that we have had. She listens to us and is very responsive to our concerns. She as been a breath of fresh air as we have both been face to face with health scares. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a doctor that is proactive and wants preventative advice. We cannot say enough about this fabulous doctor!
I’ve had several visits with Dr. Pais and each visit has been life changing! I recently had a major concern about my health and when I went to visit Dr. Pais, not only did she calm me but she reassured me that I would be just fine. She went over and beyond to make sure that I was ok before leaving the office and I received several calls to follow up because she knew that I was a nervous reck! The staff as well are great workers and I would recommend anyone to see Dr Pais! A Great Doctor!

As others have said, Dr. Pais is a good listener who takes time, explains well, and discusses options as opposed to simply telling the patient what to do. In other words, her approach is collaborative and respectful.
Great experience!! Straight to the point with me. Highly recommend
