⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rarely write reviews, but AARtech truly earned this one. Before purchasing an Aeotec Smart Home Hub, I contacted them to make sure it would be compatible with my older Weiser SmartCode 914 Z-Wave lock. Instead of giving me a generic answer, they carefully reviewed my lock model and FCC ID, confirmed compatibility, answered every question I had, and even explained what to expect during setup. I have done around 8 or 10 different orders with Aartech and it's been very positive. I had one issue with a particular shipping company being problematic with deliveries, we discussed, and switched delivery companies. Thank you. Once I had a warranty issue, handled, thank you. Handled without fuss, I may add. Staff are professional and passionate, thank you. It remains a pleasure to deal with you. Pleased to work with a Canadian company.
