Bait and switch on the price of a notary. It went from $3 to $35 after he took my $5 and saw my cash. He then quickly said $20. I refused. He began making false claims about my paperwork going to a court; then threaten to call it in as fraud.

The claims by this customer regarding "Bait & Switch" are false. The customer declined to pay the correct charge for the legal tribal (Cherokee Nation) documentation presented and demanded we only accept the amount he was willing pay ($5.00 USD). Our legal and court document notarization are valued at $25.00 USD with an additional $5.00 per witness signature (The customer document required a single witness signature).
