Purchased a semi truck from elsewhere in the area and took it here for full check up and oil change. I don't live in the area and wanted to make sure it would be OK to get me home. When truck was dropped off no lights were on. After paying $6248.39 when I got in it dashboard was lit up like a Xmas tree. On the highway 30 minutes after leaving it started raining and I turned wipers on, they worked but no washer fluid would come out. The reservoir was full but nothing coming out.
