Called to check my auto pay status and spoke with CSR- Miguel. He was very helpful! Anytime I’ve had a question or concern with my unit, the customer service with SpareBox has always been very quick to respond and helpful.
Units were hard to find. Would be better to have signs on climate controlled buildings. Our unit already had water leaking in from the outside. Had to call to have unit moved. Hoping this won’t be an ongoing issue
