Do not do business with this company. We had items stored here for 5 years. Never missed a payment. When it was privately owned it was great. Then they sold to Sparebox and it is complete garbage. You can’t get any help from anyone if there is an issue. You call customer service in Colorado (or wherever) and they won’t give you a way to reach anyone at the actual location. And by issue, someone went into to our storage building, cut off the locks and took our items then locked our unit open so they could come back for more l... read more

So easy!!! I didn’t know what to expect but the process was clear and I was putting boxes in my unit in no time!!
So fast and easy and everything is always so clean!
