I’m guessing this is the cheapest month-to-month storage facility in all of Northwest Arkansas. It is $35/mo to park a car outside (has to be a running, working car). That is insane! The Front Desk woman gave detailed information about expectations and rules. There was a $20 deposit that is refundable after 2 months of timely payments. It is kinda out of the way (I live in Bentonville) but for the value, you can’t beat it! Highly recommend.

I have had Several different units there in the last few years.. It has always been a good experience no issues And very reasonable prices. Lady up front always been nice to deal with..

This is a great storage facility and the price is great too. I have two storages in town that are about three times with this one cost me and for a lot less space I will do away with those two and put all my stuff out here from now on. The lady that works at the front desk is really nice and helpful.
