January 2026- I was transferred to John who was very helpful & answered questions about moving out professionally & was courteous too! He helped me remove auto pay and schedule my move out date!! October 2024-Petrona was very helpful & answered all my transferring to bigger unit questions patiently! The facility is clean & the upstairs has lights that are motion sensors that you have to activate if you are in your unit for over 15 min.
