Wonderful customer service. The agent Shanice that I spoke with each time has been so helpful, polite, and kind. I really appreciate her helping me out because I was really stressed and she eased my worries. I highly recommend Spare box Storage.
January 2026- I was transferred to John who was very helpful & answered questions about moving out professionally & was courteous too! He helped me remove auto pay and schedule my move out date!! October 2024-Petrona was very helpful & answered all my transferring to bigger unit questions patiently! The facility is clean & the upstairs has lights that are motion sensors that you have to activate if you are in your unit for over 15 min. If no stars was an option I would give it. TERRIBLE customer service. Elevator has been broken since Monday & NO ONE can give me an answer when it will be fixed. I paid movers to show up Monday & no note was sent out or notification to their customers. Trying to move out again tomorrow & was told they cannot tell me when the elevator will be fixed. Absolute JOKE of a call center & then cannot even get ahold of a property manager. They advise you to leave a message with the call center & a property manager will be in touch. I... read more
