First, Miguel at Spare Box Storage made sure my issue was brought to the attention of his supervisor. The supervisor, Petrona, called me back in a timely manner, and listened to my concern. She took care of the issue quickly with professionalism and understanding. If I ever have any more storage needs, I will definitely use Spare Box Storage without any hesitation.
I spoke to Miguel at SpareBox, and he was very understanding and helpful. I appreciated him. I truly believe that is going to sort out the issue I have.
