Been using them for several years, back when it was Aaron’s. Lately, almost every month I get an email explaining their need to raise rates again due to high costs, maintenance, etc. Never once have I questioned this or submitted a complaint. The floors are terrible (full of holes) and the place is cold in the winter and hot during the summer. This is supposed to be Climate controlled. At least that’s what I’m paying for. As far as I understand, Spare Box had agreed to auto debit my account on the 27th of each month but without my knowledge or consent changed the date to the 24th. The associate who helped me with this is likely from another country but was very helpful in communicating this new change.
