I am extremely happy with the service i revieved from Cruz and Trevor. They came even before the appointment time which I appreciated in this heat. They diagnosed my problem, showed me the faulty parts and gave me an estimate within 15 minutes after arrival. They very promptly fixed my problem and were so kind and personable. I very happy with their service. Thank you so much.
Extremely disappointed. I was fleeced. Make sure you get everything in writing and know what you're buying beforehand. Better yet, go with some other company. Needed a new replacement for a water shutoff valve on the toilet. Whole replacement took 40 minutes. They replaced the valve and the hose (which I don't think needed replacing and didn't ask them to). Two items I could buy at any home improvement store for less than $30. They charged me over $320... The technicians that came out (Gaven & Saige). They are very knowledgeable, professional, personable and compassionate. They made sure the job was done right the first time. They were a pleasure to work with even when delivering bad news. I would highly recommend Aaron's plumbing.
