Used them for our wedding. It was 100+ degrees and the Bus's AC was not working. Then when we brought it up after the fact we got told it was our fault because we were "opening the doors too much" even though we only made 1 stop. The bus floors were also disgustingly dirty which got my wife's dress nice and dirty. Would never use this company for any service ever again.
