I was looking for a rug for our entry way. I could not believe the level of customer service. Dane took time with us, explained the reasons behind different weaves, let us take home EIGHT rugs to try out, and we ended up with my fav rug ever without feeling pressured! Cannot possibly recommend highly enough - GO!

They did a wonderful job repairing our hand woven persian rug that the puppy got ahold of! Repairs were reasonably priced, and they had a beautiful selection of inventory as well.
