I’m property chair for Our Savior’s Lutheran Church here in Beloit. We had two keys broke off in a couple of outside doors. Russell, the tech, came out today and was able to remove the keys, rekey it to our others and a new cylinder for the other lock-professional, knowledgeable, polite and on time…thanks…well done.
Please tell Tammy to not have an attitude when calling potential customers. Not the best way to represent a business. No need to be rude. God bless!
