I would never recommend this company. Their communication and follow-up were extremely poor, and they never notified us when they were coming for service. They began spraying fertilizer while my dog was outside, less than five feet away, without checking first or giving us any warning. Putting my dog’s health at risk was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and customer service was very disappointing.

I've had a customer relationship with Aarons for several years and highly recommend them. The office staff are highly personable and helpful, and the workers come out when specified to handle lawn treatment tasks. A very honest, ethical, customer-focused company, as I see it!

No communication, no calls or texts when coming. My neighbor saw them get frustrated that my son had yard toys in the yard, raised his arms in frustration and then proceeded to spray chemicals on them dousing them in posion. Absolutley disgusting service. **Edited to add that its all recorded on ring door bell cameras so the owner response is not factual.
