Don't ask for a quote! They did such a bad job on my lawn that I asked for a quote for extra care, extra aeration and chemicals, they quoted be nearly a thousand dollars, so I decided to use another company for service. Then they had the nerve to put chemicals on my lawn anyway and bill me for it. That caused a double application on my lawn. I called them to complain and they still billed me a second time. Unbelievable.

My lawn looks like a dead field after $500 worth of treatments. Unfortunate waste of time and money. Do not recommend to anyone!

Don't remember the name of the person I talked to. Called to say they missed a small patch of weeds and was told I didn't know what I was talking about and other rude statements. They had great lawns, but too rude for me.

I've been a long time customer of Aaron's Lawn Service and never had any major concerns. I called this week because I had a question on an overdue bill I received for work I do not believe was completed. I was treated terribly, essentially told if I got an invoice then the work was done and when I mentioned there was no evidence on the ring camera that their technician performed the service I was told that ring cameras should be outlawed. They sent some new kid out, who proceeded to spray weed killer all over our prairie, killing everything. Apparently could not distinguish between a manicured lawn and a prairie. Called and left a message four times to find out what chemical was applied, as we were trying to replant in the same soil. Curt never returned any of my calls. Pathetic communication and customer service.
