Terrible job. I don't know if they even own a trimmer/ weedwacker, but if they do, they don't know how to use it. There are so many professionals out there that I can't see how they're still in business. I find it funny that the only thing they have to say to reply to the negative reviews is "contact us directly if you have problems" You obviously mustn't be trying to do any better or the negative reviews would be removed when you fix the problem.

"I have been having constant problems with this company since last year. They do not cut the grass properly, and there has been a terrible smell left behind. To make matters worse, they completely ignore us and don't answer any of our attempts to contact them. It has been a horrible experience and much more. Highly disappointed."

I am extremely disappointed with the lawn service provided in Nicholson Square. Despite paying for professional care, the work is consistently poor.They do not trim the edges, leaving the grass along the borders to grow wild. When they do mow, they don’t use a blower to clean up, and they leave the grass clippings everywhere to rot. would not recommend this service to anyone. They did a very poor job and didn't even cut the grass properly. They left grass clippings everywhere, making it impossible for my kids to play outside. On top of the mess, there is a bad smell coming from the area they worked on. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I would totally not recommend them. They have been doing this since last year at Nicholson Square (Chambersburg). They only cut parts of the grass and leave other areas around the building tall. They also leave the grass clippings behind, which creates a bad smell. Very inconsistent and unprofessional work.
