A five yo carrier split system that 6000 5 yo ago stoped working repairman said board went would call tomorrow with price to replace when I didn’t hear from them for 3 days I called them and complained that I was waiting for answer the lady got very rude and called back next day and said very shortly could not be repaired and need a new 11,000 dollar system was my only choice yes or no when I said no she hung up.
