I’m highly upset with customer service from the credit department-representative Maria. I called to see if the company would offer leniency due to me being affected by the government shutdown, and the entire time I’m trying to gather information on what documents I would need to provide to them- Maria isn’t listening but saying you have till Monday to make a payment. Got a car from them and it’s been running hot every so months . I constantly have to pay out the money for them to fix it It still runs hot constantly do not waste your money
