I bought a vehicle from Aaron's in December. We have only had it 4 months and the catalytic converter has already gone out in it, as well as the o2 censors. If you choose to buy from them, bring a mechanic friend with you to check out the vehicle before you sign the contract.

Hi..My Name is Shirley Johnson of Douglas Ga.. On November 2nd of 2025 I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu from Aaron’s. Josh was my sales person. I’m highly upset with customer service from the credit department-representative Maria. I called to see if the company would offer leniency due to me being affected by the government shutdown, and the entire time I’m trying to gather information on what documents I would need to provide to them- Maria isn’t listening but saying you have till Monday to make a payment.
