I paid 3000 down payment paid on a car from a whole year and they came up with a lie and took my car back in the middle of the day didn’t try to work nothing out or find the truth A bunch of crooks looking for a dollar cars sits in lot for 4 months loosing out money and is trying to sell it for the same price I financed for!!!!
I should have trusted the 2.6-star rating on Google. I didn’t, because I had done business with Aaron’s Auto back in 2019 and things were fine then. Clearly, that place no longer exists in anything but name. I went in specifically for a 2011 Ford Explorer XLT with 113k miles, listed at $16,755. Recently purchased a car from here. I haven't even had a for a month and its leaking and smoking. If my car isn't repaired today I will be filing a lawsuit because they failed to state these problems and I now see that this is a ongoing problem for other customers.
Where do I begin this place really treats u like your family man I test drove about 15 cars and they were very patient and understanding with me :) Kari is amazing and Matt thank u again for working with me and my family! It took a hot minute but I found the car I love and couldn’t be happier also the Douglas location went there and found the car worked with Josh very nice young man!
